These all sound very interesing and after looking at reviews I have 2 questions...

like others I have heard that they use a terrible flight operator - is there any guarantee before you pay who you fly with?

what is the age average or range of the travellers

If you give our Holiday Advisors a call, they should be able to tell you what airline will be used dependant on what cruise you're interested in. We generally use standard airlines, like BA, and have not had an complaints about our charter airlines either.

The ages can range anything from the 40's up to 85+. Of course, the older people usually cruise with us around Europe and the travellers get slightly younger the further away we cruise.

I'm travelling with VoD in April to Barbados, cruising back to Grand Canaria. I'm flying out to Barbados from Gatwick with Virgin and back from Gran Canaria with Monarch. I've read the reviews about a poor experience with flights but the arrangements with this cruise seem to be good. Hope this might put your mind at rest.
