I ordered a National Express voucher on December 16th and it hasn't arrived. The payment went from my bank account the following day and I received a letter confirming my order but no voucher. Even allowing for the Christmas post I thought it would have arrived by now. Could you please check for me what is happening?

Well I said shortly...your voucher had not been generated, but it is now in the post with a first class stamp. Keep your eye out for it in the post within the next couple of days.
