Is this the Burma and the Road to Mandalay? If so, i'm afraid the September date has been cancelled for 2016. However, we do still offer all of the other dates if you're interested in the tour.

I do apologise for this. I do have a response from the agent in case you are interested in any other date that we offer. They have replied with the following answers:

- September date was cancelled and won’t be available anymore. However, there are more departure dates in October and November.

- They would recommend to have meals at local restaurants because there will be a lot of local restaurants to choose from, with lots of varieties and prices. Meals at the hotels would have be arranged directly on arrival

- There should be different activities locally available however non which we offer or endorse.

- The return transport to the airport is included

Are all holidays being cancelled in September is something big happening that we don't know about.

First Namibia is cancelled and now Burma.

I always prefer to travel in September if possible. Which other tours have been cancelled before I start looking?

Do I need to find an other holiday company to travel with?

No, we are still operating a huge number of tours in September - this is our busiest travelling time of year. There is nothing big happening and I do hope that you will continue to travel with us for many more years to come. To put any fears aside let me explain a little;

As we get ready to launch the new brochure (an exciting time of year for us) the holiday creators and our yield team are tasked with running through every tour and date that is on currently on sale, and will be on sale for the new year. This is a mighty task and they will look at everything from contracts and flight routes to customer reviews, historical booking data and so much more. Should for any reason the tour date not be able to operate, we would like to remove it from sale as soon as possible to avoid customer disappointment later down the line. This is done before every brochure (and throughout the year to be fair) it is just unfortunate that two of the dates/tours you are looking at have been affected.
