Hi Julia

I have just paid my holiday balance online. The last page said 'Thank you for payment. It may take an hour for this to appear'

No email has been received to acknowledge receipt of my money. Will one be sent? It would be reassuring. :-/

Hi Liz,

At the moment the emails to confirm a payment off your balance aren't active, but it was raised as something that needed doing so it is on the to-do list with the team.

I have to make my final payment next week and intend to ring up to do it. I personally wouldn't be happy not to get an email confirming payment.

Incidentally Julia. My payment is due by 24th June. I shall not be around for a few days next week, or at least not online, as things stand at the moment. I presume it will be okay for me to make my payment early? :cool:
