I'm travelling on the 2nd June to Sicily, but I still have not received the holiday documents, which I supposed to have got by now.

Can you please confirm that the documents have been sent and when I should expect them?

Please don't worry, it's all in hand. I have just spoken to my colleague and they've been waiting on some details to include in the pack so this has not yet been mailed.

They will be mailed in the next few days and because of the delay, these are being send first class.
