Hi, I was wondering if you could look into this for me, I've tried ringing customer services but they're very busy probably because of the BA strike, I've also sent an email but that says it may take 3 working days or longer to reply to.
I'm due to fly out on 19th September on the western highlights tour and I've still not received my esta, lounge pass and luggage labels, in the past I've received these two weeks before however I'm due to fly a week Thursday and so wondering when I'll receive them.
