Hi Julia,

Could you please let me know the itinerary for the Las Vegas part of this tour as Linda and I would like to book a restaurant that has been recommended. Thank you.

Hi Joan,

I understand that the itinerary is as follows....

Day 8 - Palm Springs & Las Vegas

After breakfast you will leave ‘the playground of the stars’ Palm Springs and head to Las Vegas, Nevada for a

three night stay. We drive through the Mojave Desert stopping at Barstow Outlet Mall. This evening we include

a literally sparkling tour of Las Vegas by night. Established in 1905 it is now an internationally renowned major

resort city known for gambling, shopping, fine dining and spectacular nightlife.

Day 9 - Las Vegas

Today is free for you to explore the amazing sights of Las Vegas. Once an oasis en route to California, Las

Vegas now inhabits over half a million people. Visit its lavish hotels and casinos offering 24 hour entertainment

or take the optional Strip highlights helicopter flight, your chance to see the world renowned Las Vegas Strip

and Downtown from the air.

Day 10 - Grand Canyon

After breakfast you are free to relax in Las Vegas or take an optional flight to the must-see natural wonder, The

Grand Canyon. (Please note that departures for the Grand Canyon flights are early morning and are subject to

weather conditions). There will be a farewell drinks reception included this evening.

Hope this helps,

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi Julia

Thank you for your reply but could you also tell me which evening the Rat Pack show is on as we have booked for this and a meal is included so we don't want to book a restaurant on the same night.

Thanks again.

Hi Tim/Julia

I am also booked on this trip. Could you tell us how many are booked on it, the M/F ratio, and age range.

Thanks very much

Marion.

Hi Julia,

I'm booked on this trip but am not sure which optional excursions to book. With the Grand Canyon options, do you know if we can be sure of booking our choice of these when we are there, or are they likely to get booked up? I would prefer to see what other people are doing before booking.

Thanks

Marion

Hi Marion, there is normally space on all options so you may want to wait till you are there to book.

Thanks,

Hi Joy, schedules are subject to change and the Tour Manager will make the actual booking, however it's usually on the afternoon of day 2 at approximately 1.00pm.

Thanks,
