Sent you a thread this morning about the Manchester lounge. I have just heard back from my agent saying no one is getting a pass to the lounge for Sunday as JY have left it too late to book for us. I could have easily have booked my own as I booked my holiday before Christmas but I was assured we were getting passes. I like to go in the lounge before a long flight as these days I get tired. You have said on this forum we were definitely getting passes so I am not best pleased. Could you clarify this matter. Tricia

Hi Tricia,

I can confirm that you WILL have access to the lounge at Manchester this Sunday.

You will not be requiring a lounge pass - the Lounge Manager has a manifest and will 'check you off' once you have arrived. The Tour Manager, Susan, is travelling with the group so will also be at the airport to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Not a problem Tricia, but I can't take all the credit (I just represent the voice of the community) - we have a fantastic team upstairs who have been looking after this departure, following up on enquiries and making sure you are all able to access the lounge.
