I'm on the above holiday, and have just received the updated holiday information with a request to pay the balance outstanding.

In the JY brochure there are 3 optional excursions listed (Chicago architectural river cruise, St Louis arch & New Orleans air-boat swamp tour). Interestingly these are still shown against the holiday on your website.

In the documentation I've just received, the air-boat swamp tour is the only optional excursion listed. The Chicago architectural cruise is listed, but is shown as not available for this particular holiday, and the St Louis arch excursion has disappeared completely.

Can you throw some light on why the optional excursions on this holiday have been cut from 3 to 1, and also why 3 excursions are still shown as available on your website please

The documentation I've received does not given the full structure of the holiday or the included excursions, and I'm thus concerned that there are also changes to the structure of the holiday (in particular the number of days spent in each city) and to the included excursions. Can you confirm that these details remain as originally specified please.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you, I've been liasing with other members of the team.

In terms of the excursions;

The air-boat swam tour is available an included in your documents as pre-bookable.

The St Louis Arch is available on the trip but is now only available to book when you are on the tour.

The Architectual River Cruise, our current supplier operates seasonally and sadly this is not operational at this time of year. However, our team are busy trying to source an alternative cruise for this date with a company that will comply with our H&S requirements.

The structure of the holiday and the included excursions remains the same as originally specified. You will receive detailed documentation outlining the full itinerary, hotel, flights and excursion details approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.

Have had a chat with Customer Services and gave them name of company called Wendella that do the Architecture Tour so hope they can sort it for you. If not I'm certain those that want to do it can book while in Chicago.

They run 4 times per day in November.

As I said previously I'm not planning to do it as done a couple of times in the past.
