Unless anyone has better ideas the plan previously discussed to meet for a meal at the Three Magpies Pub on Bath Road between 7 and 7-30pm.

Its easy to get to from most hotels as its on the free bus route and have used it a number of times, food is decent pub grub with a wide selection.

I know a few on here are intending to come along but thought we should start to make plans.

I'm staying at the Park Inn and intend to get there late afternonn so if i have idea of numbers will have a stroll over and book a table for us (did this earlier this year before Slovenia trip).

Looking forward to meeting everyone if not in the Three Magpies Sunday night then in the Sersair Lounge (got my pass in paperwork) the following morning.

I am not able to come on the Sunday,see you on the 3rd.

I have also received my paperwork this am and looking at the Terminal 3 plan, I cannot find the Servisair Lounge. All the other lounges are marked, not this one! No tickets either so quess we just turn up at the airport :P

Now counting down the days, not months, frightening how fast this has arrived.

I'm sure that a fair few people are staying at hotels in the area (or live locally), and it would be good to get as many as possible along.

Already had you on the meal list at least four of us so far, hopefully some more.

Can meet in reception at the Park Inn at 7pm then walk over all together, if you want can text me when arrive (already exchanged numbers with Stuart) or just meet at designated time.

Think the servisair lounge is shown as the executive lounge on the map but found these directions :-

"The Servisair Terminal 3 Lounge is located airside after security. Go through the Departure Lounge and follow the signs for Gates 1-55, Airline Lounges B to J. Then pick up the signs for Airline Lounge F (Gate 12A). Take the lift or stairs to the 2nd floor, go through the Double Doors, turn right and follow the corridor round. The Servisair Lounge is clearly signed".

I got a pass with my paperwork was with the terms and conditions booklet.

Not long now look forward to meeting everyone :thumbup:

Lets meet at 7pm somewhere in front of reception at the Park Inn or alternately in the Three Magpies just after that time.

There is five of us so far as I know of one other who doesn't come on the forum much but have been in contact via email.

Hopefully one or two others will see this post and join us.
