I was just wondering if you know whether I need to submit Advanced Passenger Information for the Italy Cilento Coast holiday please? I know that you do for some countries and I am not sure if Italy is one of them.

Also I was wondering if you know if the 4th May trip has been confirmed to definitely run yet please?

For this holiday we do not require your passport information, but will need your insurance details and emergency contact details.

And yes, this trip has been cleared to operate.

BA have always wanted my APT even if JY haven't asked for it.

I hand it over with my luggage and so far it has always been checked against my passport, when I have been to Austria, France and Italy.

Hi Teresa,

I think I am right in saying that when you have for your booking reference for your trip you can fill in your APT on BA's website.

I am almost sure that is what I did, also printed a copy which I hand over. Hope this helps.
