Am going on this holiday on the 17th. September but have not yet received any documentation even though the paperwork stated I should receive it by the 27th. August. Can you look into and advise.

Thanks for getting in touch, I have spoken to our customer services department and have been advised everybody's paperwork and final documentation will be sent out today by 1st class post.
