I believe that there are 2 executive lounges in Terminal 3. The Traveller Lounge and the Servisair Lounge. I am going to China on the 12th September. Can you tell me which Lounge I should aim for once I am ''airside'. Are they close together?

Hello Ben I travelled twice with Just you last year both leaving at Heathrow. I never saw any Just You representatives and I hung around quite a bit before my first trip because I wasn'

t sure where to go. This was in Terminal 5

There is definitely a Just You rep meeting customers for the China tour departing 12th September, I am honestly unsure as to why you wouldn't of had a rep meet you, may I ask what tours you went on?

Last year it was the servisair lounge if i remember correctly, however don't worry as i've always got a lounge pass in my information pack 3 weeks before travel.

Always been a JY rep when I've travelled.

Yes we were greeted by the Just You rep, but this was at the check-in desk

He gave verbal information about the lounge, but could not actually take us there, as he had to stay by check-in for later arriving clients.

The excutive lounge was the Serviseair one and not the Traveller one (Terminal 3)

I did the Heart of Alphine trip in September and I did the same trip at Christmas because I enjoyed it so much. But both times there was no rep to greet me the representatives at Heathrow helped me.
