I would recommend this excursion. Your host picks you up from the hotel early evening and takes you out to the farm, seeing dozens of wallabys on the way. You get a lesson in boomerang throwing in the dried up river bed whilst the sun sets (having a go is optional!). You then get the most delicious barbeque served around the camp fire and under the stars, unlimited food and drink, whilst your host entertains you with the funniest stories before giving you a guided tour of the constellations. A really memorable evening, as is the rest of the holiday.
