I have not done the dune drive, but have heard that it is very thrilling and exciting. I have had dinner under the stars in Wadi Rum when I did the Jordan trip and it was a nice experience. I think £80 would be worth doing this if you are after an adventure!

Hi Wendy there have been a couple of reviews of the Dubai trip - look in the Reviews section and scroll down a few pages and you'll come across them.  I've looked at the Dubai trip numerous times and I would say that the desert excursion is a must-do!  It would be a shame to go all that way and not experience the real desert....
