Sorrento holiday offers me flight from Liverpool airport and also Manchester airport. It says the flight from Liverpool is direct with Easyjet which is a company I am not particularly keen on flying with due to bad past experiences. Is the flight from Manchester also direct or via another airport, also which company is the Manchester flight with.

The Manchester airline has not been confirmed yet - this would probably happen after you have booked.

But I can tell you that the Manchester flight would be via Gatwick, whereas the Liverpool flight is direct to your destination.
