Hi Caroline

Are you travelling on 6 May or 20 May? Let me know and I will check numbers for you.

Confirmed details of all the optional excursions will be posted to you two weeks before you travel.

I haven't seen the updated list yet but I have included 2011 details below as a guide. Bear in mind prices and excursions may differ in 2012.

Kind regards

Optional Excursions

In addition to the excursions already included in your holiday price, we are pleased to offer the following optional excursions during your stay. These have been carefully planned to give you the opportunity to enjoy further sights and experiences to make your holiday even more memorable. Your Tour Manager will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may require.

Reservations for optional excursions will be accepted by your Tour Manager and payment should be made in the appropriate currency (Canadian Dollars). We regret we are unable to accept payment by credit card, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that these optional excursions will operate subject to achieving minimum numbers and all prices quoted are approximate and subject to change without notice. The situation may arise where there aren’t enough passengers to operate optional excursions exclusively for your group using our own coach. Should this happen, your Tour Manager may offer you the opportunity to book onto a scheduled excursion through a locally based company so that you don’t miss out. It’s important to note that this may mean paying a slightly higher price plus the content of the excursion may differ too.

Some activities mentioned are also weather dependent and seasonal. Full details of excursions available on your tour will be confirmed by your Tour Manager on arrival.

When booking any excursions/additional activities, a receipt should be issued by your Tour Manager as arrangements have to be made in advance, it is only possible to refund money in cases of genuine illness.

Hi Caroline

Ages for this holiday range from mid 30s to late 60s and you won't be the youngest. There is another traveller in her mid 30s plus one in his mid 40s.

Have a great trip.

Hi Olly

I am also on the Canadian Rockies/Vancouver for May 20th this year. Re the trips, if we decide before we leave which trips we would like to do can they be paid for beforehand direct with Just You by credit card? It does seem rather a lot of cash to take for spending (food, etc) and the trips?

Hello

At the moment the excursions for this tour can only be paid for in Canadian dollars when you are in resort. If you don't want to carry too much cash, you can withdraw money from cashpoints in Canada with your credit/debit cards or a pre-paid cash card and there should be at least 3 or 4 opportunities to do this on your holiday. Remember to let you bank know if you plan to do this.

We are currently looking at making all of our optional excursions bookable in advance, as quite a few customers have mentioned this issue. You will receive letters from us 15 weeks and two weeks before you travel so check these for the latest information.

Kind regards,
