I'm pleased to announce that after an enthusiastic campaign by Community members, we have added a tour along America's famous Route 66 in our new brochure for 2012/13, with six dates available between April and October next year. So more choices for me yet again....LOL had a look on line and it does look good, lets hope it's around for a few years as 2012 is already sorted for me...Very glad that you listened to the people power and I hope it is a popular tour.

I'm thinking of doing the Route 66 tour next October and I was wondering what meals are included and can you pay for the optional excursions before you leave?

All your breakfasts are included plus a welcome dinner on day 1. In my experience American breakfasts are enormous, so you may find you only need one more meal each day!

I don't have any details yet on whether excursions are pre-bookable but we will send you more details around 15 weeks before you travel, so you will have plenty of time to make plans.

Would really love to do this one Olly but sadly I am not allowed to have that amount of days off work in one go. Hope everyone enjoys that goes. Chicago as a start is a fantastic city. Great museums and the Shedd Aquarium is to die for

To be honest I'm trying to get my friend to come with just you also as we both drive for a living and I personally would like to be driven on holiday to give me a rest.

Live in Inverness Scotland.

Would I be able to get a connecting flight from Inverness to Heathrow as part of package? Otherwise I would have to get a train to Aberdeen or Glasgow and then a flight from either of them to Heathrow. Does the book early £100 discount cover ALL the dates listed in your brochure?? Do you take care of visa etc??? Sorry about all the questions. NERVOUS ALREADY!!!!!

First of all, it's natural to be nervous. It's a big step to take, but rest assured most of our customers feel the same way. But you'll be amazed by how quickly you relax once you meet the group.

I expect it will be possible to book a connecting flight. The best people to ask are our holiday advisors, who have all the latest prices and times. You can speak to them on 0844 567 8844.

The £100 discount applies to selected dates - so for Route 66 it covers the 16 April and 28 May dates.

You won't need a visa; we automatically complete your 'ESTA' application for you and add the cost to your invoice unless you prefer to do this yourself.
