Thanks for the info. Is there any time that I have to be at the hotel by. Is there anyone out there who is going on this discovery weekend to Leeds.

You'll receive more detailed information about your weekend a couple of weeks before you go but as a guideline, you are usually free to arrive any time from about 2pm. I would aim to get there no later than 5 or 6 so that you have time to get ready for meeting the group for a welcome drink, which is normally at about 6.30 / 7pm.
