I am Jennie your tour manager for this adventure.
I will be arriving with the rest of the group from Heathrow.
You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel, I will leave a welcome letter for you telling you what time the welcome drink will be so you can meet the rest of the group.
If, in the meantime, you want to come down to reception when the group arrive it would be lovely to meet you then.
