I made my first trip from Heathrow last month and I too was worried about the enormity of the terminals etc, but it's all very easy.  The hotels have a shuttle bus service (teh Hopper) which picks up outside at very regular intervals. Or you can splash out and get a taxi but the buses are simple to use. I stayed at teh Premier Inn and there was a bus about every 20 minutes from the hotel door.

When I arrived at Terminal 2 at Heathrow there were people just inside the door asking which airline I was travelling with and directing me to the check in area, there was a JY rep there and from thereon it was straightforward.

Hi everyone, this will be my 3rd trip with JY so I'm not a very experienced solo traveller but very excited yet still a little nervous really. Just wondering what the age range is for this trip is please? Im 35. Also, I'll be travelling down to Heathrow the day before (13th Feb) we fly out and will be staying at a hotel there if anyone else is doing the same and would like to meet? Never been from Heathrow before and so I'm panicking in getting between terminals etc... Happy travels everyone!  :)
