Are evening meals 'posh' or is casual clothes like jeans ok?

And finally is anyone going up to Heathrow night before flight? I'm already booked in to hotel and happy to meet fellow travellers for meal/drinks (I will be nervous tho lol)

The tour goes to Las Vegas now,which is an interesting place looking at all the different casinos, and there is a chance of seeing some well known stars performing there.

The distances can be long,with frequent and interesting breaks. It is a great way to see the country.

Hi Sally,  I'm Jane, I'm flying from Manchester to Heathrow the day before and staying at the Premier Inn. Depending on timing and where your hotel is I might be able to meet up with you.

Sally,When I did Route 66 it was very warm in Chicago despite being late September.Generally the weather got warmer the further west,and south, we went,the exception was Flagstaff which can be cool in the evening.Always dress in layers then you can adjust to the temperature.Most of the meals were casual dress unless you want to go to a more upmarket restaurant.

Hi Jane, that sounds great ?? I'm staying in the travelodge, so we'll have to look to see how far hotels are from each other. This is my first trip with Just You, I'm nervous but also excited ? lol
