So pleased to hear from somebody else booked on this trip. Are you doing the 3 day add-on in Toronto?

My cousin has been on holiday with Just You about ten times now and says how well they look after you. Her tip is to have your Just You luggage label showing on your case as you are waiting to check in and other fellow traveller's will introduce themselves.

Don't suppose you are staying at Heathrow the night before our flight?

It's nice that there's someone else on their first trip as well. I don't know anyone else who has been away with Just You but all of the feedback on the website seems very positive and the company have been very helpful with questions I have had. I'm reassured to hear your cousin has also had good experiences. I will use the luggage label tip! I'm afraid I'm not doing the 3 day add on or staying in Heathrow as I already live in London. 17 sounds like a nice sized group so hopefully other fellow travellers will also get in touch.
