This is a new trip for JY so those doing the Feb '15 trip will be guinea pigs. Bob is correct about Ray's feedback on the country - it sounds incredible and I'm really looking forward to going (in May like Bob). By the way, I'm going to Calabria in Sept and wondered how you got on?

Hi Sally, you will love Calabria, it is such a beautiful, unspoilt part of Italy, so few tourists around. I went on all the excursions and enjoyed every one of them. When visiting Alto Monte try and find Osteria San Francesco for a wonderful lunch, we found it by chance and were very well looked after by the 2 brothers who own it. The setting of the hotel is stunning and the waiting staff are so friendly. I am sure you will have a fabulous time
