How do I get on the mailing list for the Discovery Magazine.

As I have been on a Discovery Weekend last year and have a holiday booked for Costa De La Luz in September I thought that I would automatically be on the list for brochures etc.

I've spoken to a colleague about this, as a booker you should be on the list, however, after your latest booking it appears that your details were "opted out" of receiving information from us. If you booked online it might be that the check box on the booking screen to receive information from us wasn't ticked.

We will send you a copy out today and updated your details so you will receive this in the future.

I've never received any Discover magazines (or updated brochure) although I've just been on my 5th JY holiday and have a 6th booked. I think I automatically tick the "don't contact me" box on all sites so maybe that's why. I'm not bothered about the June brochure but would like to receive the Discover magazine and September brochure without having to ring and ask for them so could you please have a word with "them upstairs". Hi Julia, whats the discover magazine? I think I may have ticked the box for no contact too, maybe it would be a suggestion if you could have a new box with brochures and discover magazine only.

Sim1 - Discover Magazine is a nice coffee table magazine that we produce about 3 times a year that provides some inspiring travel ideas, articles and photo features. We only have a limited run of these (for those who have opted in to our mailing list) and we also make it available to download to email on the websites. The last edition is currently on the website but this will be updated later this week when the files are uploaded. I believe I have your address from earlier in the year so I'll get a copy sent out to you today. And, thank you for your kind feedback.

I contacted you earlier this year as I'd not received any brochures despite taking many JY holidays over several years.

You sorted the problem and the last brochure arrived, so a big thank you for your help. Please can you do the same for delivery of Discover magazine? I used to get a copy in the post, but haven't had a copy for a year or more and had thought they must have stopped being published.
