The nurse at my Health Centre just recommended taking a good cream to apply like Jungle Formula that contains deet. I'm doing the trip but not the cruise add on and really looking forward to it !

Hi. I am booked on my first JY holiday to China with addon cruise on 28 March. My GP has recommended malaria precautions in addition to norman jabs. Just wondering if others who are going or have been on same trip told the same, or is my GP being extra cautious. Have had mixed messages on various websites. Any help appreciated!
