Well that was a bit upsetting - but I'm glad they all have got their facts right now - I was beginning to think I was having to book something else!!

The dog sled trip sound great,Do you book that when you are over there? Do you think a fit 66 diabetic could cope with that. It is something to think about. I was thinking of doing the helicopter ride over Niagra Falls. Polar bears here we come.

not long to go at all now - barbra, i went to the rockies did the alaska cruise last year - it was fantastic.

Moyra, you can count me in for the dog sled - there is one that you can book in churchill.

14 days to go - and counting!! So looking forward to it. I got a new camera before going on the Kenya safari in June and so glad I did - got great photos, so I am sure some of us will get some great shots - if, as you say, the bears cooperate!!

Sounds like we will have a ball ont he dog sled ride. There is a place next to where we are staying that do the, so not far to go.

Checked the weather up in Churchill and the average this week is 6 degrees, but there has been a flurry of snow!! Yee Haaa!!

tickets etc came this morning and i really can't wait now !! I fancy going on the helicopter trip out to Cape Chuchill but don't know if you could do that & the dog sledding - oh eck, decisions decisions !
