This was my first, and now probably only, river cruise. The group leader was lovely, going above and beyond and the group was good fun. However, the trip was marred by a difficult transfer from Brussels to Cologne, followed by two accidents on the Rhein Symphonie. The outcome was that the ship did not complete the last part of the itinerary through locks to Strasbourg. We were turned around and the trip to Strasbourg involved lengthy coach jouneys  there and back. Just You, as tour operator, were fine but Nicko Cruises have much to answer for.
