I have just booked  for Imperial Cities and the Road to the Kasbahs  on 13th September.

The option to book an airport taxi seems to have disappeared.   Is this the case?

If not how  do I book one?

We have temporarily suspended our Private Chauffeur Service on bookings made from 1st September 2022. 

Providing value for money and an exceptional holiday experience is important to us, as we know it is for our customers. Customer feedback tells us that having the ability to choose the service they use provides the best value for money and experience.

Our Private Chauffeur Service is operated by a third-party operator. Rising cost increases from this third party coupled with significant cost increases across the aviation sector has forced us to re-evaluate our position.

All of our holiday prices will reflect the flexibility we are now giving to customers to choose how they travel to the airport.

It is our hope that when the market stabilises and when we can offer this service while offering value for money we will look to relaunch the Private Chauffeur Service.

Select Airport Transfers and under Pick Up, select ‘Want a UK airport taxi’ to type in your pick up address and then you can select from a variety of services.

Some customers also book transfers via local airport transfer or taxi companies.  Any bookings you make will be your responsibility and outside of your Just You Holiday booking.

I live in South Wales and prefer to travel from Bristol. This is an age thing, adding long journeys either side of a flight or another overnight stay before/after flying gets more difficult as I'm getting older. I've looked at some of your Europe holidays and can only see Heathrow,  Leeds and Manchester.  You've mentioned demand of your customers but I've been looking at your site for several months now, hoping to see flights from Bristol, so there is demand from me at least! I've mainly looked at Italy and Spain so forgive me if I've missed something, but can you tell me if there are any flights from Bristol to anywhere in Europe please?

I have checked with our aviation team and whilst they're working on adding regional departures all of the time, we currently only have our Sun-kissed Sardinia and Discover Sicily tours with Bristol departures. We do feed back to them when we're asked about regional departures and so hopefully there will be more soon!
