The holiday voucher is a good idea but it's a shame that it has to be used in a 12 month period. Some of us might not be able to take two holidays in twelve months. Can it not be extended to eighteens months?  This would give more of us JY regulars a chance to take advantage of the £100 voucher.

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for your post. I've passed this on to the team to see what they think.

Many thanks,

My one was only for 6 months, I was thinking of using it today and it has expired already. Definitely needs to be longer then 6 months

I agree with Jenny, a few months extra leeway would be appreciated.

There is apparently 2 loyalty schemes - one for a voucher that expires after 6 months and the other is a discount if you book a holiday and return within 12 months. I find the 2 schemes rather confusing as it's not clear especially if you read on the back of the voucher. Why not combine the 2 schemes and just have a voucher that is valid for 12 months? That way, everyone can understand what's what?

Kind regards

Penny

Hi Penny,

We just have the one voucher scheme running now, which is our loyalty scheme. This is where we give all customers a voucher with their welcome home letter, for £100 off their next trip with us, when booking within 6 months of returning and travelling on the next trip within 12.

I hope that helps.

Many thanks,

Vickie

£50 is a very small sum especially when set against the rising costs of long haul holidays. Does this new scheme invalidate the £100 voucher I received in February?

Hi Vickie

Just read your response re new loyalty sceme which is not as good as the previous one.  When did this new loyalty scheme start as I have not seen the changes announced?

To be honest I wouldn't have booked my upcoming holiday to New York under this new scheme as I was looking at various other single companies and the deciding factor of going with Just You was because I had £100 voucher.

Regards

Eve

Hi both,

Sorry, my apologies - I wrote £50 but meant to put £100 - I have edited the post now to avoid further confusion.

Sorry about that!

Many thanks,

Vickie

Thanks Vickie.

I wasn't aware that there was just one scheme now, sorry. I don't remember reading about the changes.

Kind regards
