Australia? Seen it on the website looks amazing New Year’s Eve in Sydney harbour, but the one I’ve seen is not until 2020/21 but have already provisionally booked the leave.

As it looks so good I’d want to book sooner rather than later, so in theory I don’t think the loyalty bonus voucher from my next trip would apply, but as I have other holidays on my to do list can you add a loyalty discount after booking from a later trip taken after booking?

Thanks

Tim

Tim

Unfortunately, the loyalty voucher is "not valid to redeem against festive holidays".

I'm tempted to book this amazing Australia trip for 20/21 myself!

Hello Vickie

As I missed out on Madeira last Christmas, that's my choice this year and have booked it already!

Seriously considering Australia for 20/21 too.....

Regards

Sylvia

Unless I change my job again in the near future (I've only been at my present place since the start of March), Christmas looks unlikely for me as I only get Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day off, and they are very strict about the amount they'll let book the rest of the time off so as to have enough cover. Most likely I wouldn't be able to get the time off even at this early stage.

Hi Andy! Remember you from Pyrannes trip! Could you do a short few days away in Britain somewhere? I was the same when working - sometimes you could add on a weekend day? Other companies (I hate to say it - SOLOS) do shorter breaks? perhaps worth trying? Hope quality of JY break this year better than last year???? All best in your new job!!

Hi Sylvia,

How exciting, glad you got booked this year!

The Australia trip looks amazing, I would definitely recommend it! The Penguin Parade at Philip Island and seeing the sunset and sunrise at Uluru and the New Year fireworks in Sydney are just some of the standout experiences for me.

Thanks,

Vickie

Hi Jeanette, how's things? I may be able to do something in September but probably won't know until about June/July, got numerous commitments so can't book too far ahead. Going Spain for a week in July though following my football teams pre-season tour which should be good!

Hi Vickie

No sign of my Festive Brochure yet. I've been on JY's mailing list for many years now but something seems to have gone wrong this time. Can you help please!

Thanks

Sue

Hi Sue,

It looks like you opted-out of receiving mailings in January when requesting the brochure. I have requested that you're opted back in and a Festive brochure will be sent out to you 🙂

Many thanks,

Vickie

Thanks Vickie.

Didn't realise I'd opted out. Had to request a  brochure in January because I didn't receive one of them then either. Hopefully all will be ok now.

Hi Barb,

Sorry to hear this, you are on our mailing list and it looks like one was sent so I'm not sure what's happened there.

I have requested another be sent out to you.

Many thanks,

Vickie

Well done TimH.  I'm still tempted, but not booked yet.
