I received mine today with Thanks, I already have Burma booked for this November but I still fancy the CAB tour for 2019 although just done Chile in November just gone and I am interested in Norway's Northern Lights and Huskies adventure but I think I need to wait till return from Burma to get my £100 off voucher, not much incentive to book early I suppose

Disregard previous post somewhere about 'New' not appearing. Found a small size New hiding on the Canadian pages. Brochure arrived this morning and is very similiar to previous one except for Full where tours are sold out.

I have Douro in July, please tell me that the vouchers will last a year and not six months as I would like to go to Monet's Garden in May when the Wisteria is out, considering I missed out on the last voucher :dodgy:

Yep, you'll get a welcome home voucher on your return from Douro in July which is valid for a year, you'll just need to book your next holiday within 6 months of your return 🙂

Apologies, I know there have been lots of threads re the vouchers in the past and I did get a bit lost with them all to be honest, I did get one with my last trip but as it had to be used for a holiday leaving before July this year I couldn't use it as I was already booked on a holiday for April and couldn't afford/fit in another one before July. 

Do you get a voucher each time you return from a trip as I returned from a trip in April and received my feedback form but haven't had any voucher.  However, saying that I am mainly interested in the US tours and apart from NYC which I am going to myself this November no other USA tours appear to have dates for 2019 and therefore I am unlikely to be booking anything via JY for next year, is JY changing/cancelling all the US tours for 2019 is that the reason there are no 2019 dates for them?

Hi Donna,

You should have receieved a voucher along with your welcome home letter and customer feedback form - the voucher is at the bottom of the letter. Apologies if it was missing, however the discount will be automatically applied to your account anyway, so not to worry. You'll need to phone us to redeem the booking, but you won't need your voucher as it'll be applied to your account anyway.

We've got a number of US tours in our latest brochure, which was sent out last Friday. Are you on our mailing list? The new dates should also be online now so you can have a look and see if there are any which take your fancy 🙂

Hi All

Cannot make my mind up whether I want to do America's Western Wonders or Chile Atacama to Patagonia this year or next year and Madeira too! Considering Bucharest for Christmas and already have Ecuador and the Galapagos booked for March 2019.

My brochure has a printing error, it goes from page 198 then back to page 167, repeating pages 167 to 198, so I have them twice. Pages 199 up to 230 are missing completely so a lot of the holidays are not in there that should be. I wonder if any other brochure has this mistake or just mine.

I do hope the new brochure does have any printing errors! i.e. the Christmas holiday Costa Del Sol does NOT go from Edinburgh but DOES go from Manchester!! Very few holidays now go from Scotland...getting less all the time! I think JY should review their policy on regional flights. Other companies I have been with can arrange local flights - why not JY? I keep banging on about this but you are excluding Northerners from all the fun!!!

Oh no - I had 2x Asia and no Africa in my brochure - phoned for another brochure - and chucked the original in the recycling. If only I had known!!!!!  :rolleyes:
