More years ago than I like to remember Just You followed on from Travelsphere solos and I went skiing with them / you in Italy. I booked again the following year but it was cancelled due to lack of numbers. I have had 15 ski holidays over the years with family / friends / a rival solos holiday company. Ski holidays are well suited to a group of solo travellers and I've had some excellent times and would really love to go again. Unfortunately I can't as on the 16th holiday I got caught up with another skier getting off a chairlift and broke my wrist resulting in an operation that evening and a 6,000 or so euros bill for my insurer. I had to reluctantly accept that in my mid 50's I don't bounce like I used to and it was time to call a halt (against medical advice as my GP said I should continue!)

I don't wish to reignite the age issue, but the typical age of JY customers is somewhat older than the average skier. I hope you do try a ski trip to see how bookings go as they are marvellous holidays, but suggest you don't overestimate the demand. And if I try to book, don't accept my booking - I really shouldn't …………..

Hi all

I would be very interested in skiing, depending on location and cost. I have been to quite a few European resorts but particularly enjoyed Italy for the price and pasta.
