Hi Mick

You were lucky security was a bit lax at Denver airport and your comrades were able to walk out of the airport unchallenged otherwise you would have been without your luggage for days!

Really sorry you lost two days and two evenings from the holiday. Hopefully you will be compensated for this loss.

Yes very lucky that security was lax also that none of the JY labels fell off our luggage or our comrades wouldn't have recognised them.

Delta told us nothing but lies and still kept insisting t both Atlanta and Minneapolis that they had my luggage in transit to Rapid City when i knew full well that it was on our coach onroute from Denver.

Airlines will do anything to get out of admitting liability. You lost two days of holiday plus was without your luggage and I think an apology is due. I know such things happen sometimes considering the number of people airlines carry daily, but it would soften the blow if the Airline or whoever is to blame at least apologised. Anyway you are back safe and sound and the mishaps did not ruin your entire holiday.
