:thumbup: Having just returned from this trip I have to say what a delightful tour it turned out to be. Albi is a great place to be based, the old town in particular is steeped in history. The location of the excellent hotel meant we could easily walk into town in the evenings and enjoy a meal at one of the numerous restaurants on offer. We frequented the ones suggested by our tour guide Tom and were not disappointed. The tours were all included and did not disappoint. My only wish is that the holiday could have been longer the 6 days went so quickly as 2 of the days were spent travelling. The tour manager Tom was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. If JY cut out Carcassonne and lengthened the trip I would certainly go again as I much preferred visiting the historical sites and towns surrounding Albi than Carcassonne the second most popular tourist attraction in France.
