Had a terrific week in Italy's deep south! The planning & organization was up to the standard I have come to expect from JY. They even arranged a celebrity diversion as Zoe Ball and family were on both flights with us.
We were well led and cared for by Lovely Lisa.
The hotel was possibly the best I have encountered on this sort of holiday, with spectacularly clean rooms. I especially apreciated the jovial barman. We discovered that a 1 Euro tip produced a tray of nibbles, while doubling the amount led to bruscceta!
It's the other members of the group who really make a holiday, and I met some terrific people last week. I haven't laughed as much in a long time. We had a gifted hairdresser in our number and some funky restyles were created.
Apulia is a lovely region, and I certainly hope to return there soon.
But now it's back to real life and a few days looking after my aged mother in North Wales!
