This was our first Christmas away from home, but our 8th Travelsphere holiday. The hotel was lovely, warm and cosy and the staff very friendly. The resort was very pretty, but the highlight was Boxing Day at the top of Mount Etna! Hot sun, pristine snow, hot chocolate on the terrace and a thrilling cablecar ride - what more could you ask. Our tour manager Carole Klopper was a star, despite having the mother of all colds she looked after us magnificently, as did Carmello the bus driver. I can see having a Christmas away with Travelsphere becoming our yuletide treat from now on. Thank you.
