I have been trying to log in to MY ACCOUNT in order to pay the balance of my holiday but it says my details are incorrect. So how is it that I can log in to this forum but not to the other one ?

Hi JR,

The Community and My Account will have different log-ins as the community is not linked to bookings in our reservation system. (as we have many people on the community who are still thinking about booking their first trip).

If you have never logged into the My Account area of the site, you will first need to register - this is one of the options when you click on the My account button. You simply need to enter your email and create a password.

If you have been in this part of the site, then you may need to request a new password which can be done, clicking the password reset link on the login page.
