I absolutely agree. At least if the whole tour is booked out, no one suffers the same situation as I have done, when half the group had come “together” for a reunion. Imagine a mature hen group, and you will get some idea. The rowdy behaviour was totally unacceptable, and brought the whole of the JY group into disrepute with the other guests staying in the hotel. When I complained to JY about this situation, I was told that it is impossible to detect “group” bookings if bookings are made individually. But, the website allows for multiple booking from JY customers: in the my case, if half the group had been allocated adjoining rooms, JY must have been well aware of the situation.
