Should I be concerned? Does this mean the holiday is sold out? Other sold out New Year trips are still showing, so I'm wondering what's going on? If this tour was taken off sale it might mean very few people are going, in which case it won't be much of a celebration and I would want to know why (is there something wrong)?

If everything is ok and the trip is going ahead as planned, surely you will lose sales if it's not advertised.

If, as I hope, all is well- could you tell me who the tour manager will be please? Will the tour manager be travelling with us?

No, as per my post it's called New Year on the Italian Riviera. Even more of a concern if you can't find it :s

Yes, this trip is still going ahead but as you suspected, it's fully booked. It should still show on our website as sold out though, so I will ask our web team to look into this.
