Hi Vickie,

I paid for my holiday in full on 8th July (A450230).  I have still not received an email from Just You confirming this although payment has shown on my statement.  I have checked spam folder/junk emails and nothing there either.  I appreciate that the company may be busy but 2 weeks for an email confirming receipt of a payment seems a bit long!

Sorry to hear this. It looks like your automatic invoice wasn't generated for some reason. I've requested a new one be sent out which you should receive via email today.

Please double check your junk mail just in case it goes there.

I personally make payments via telephone, but if I did it online and my statement shows/confirms the payment then I would not be too worried about not receiving a confirmation email as well. This is me personally and I do understand that others may want a confirmation email.
