Hi Vickie,

  Like others who have posted on this subject, I think it is ridiculous to only send out one or other of the  brochures and would much prefer to have one big Worldwide one.  I have enjoyed both long haul and European holidays with JY in the past  as have many  people so what on earth is the point of only sending us what, in effect, is half a brochure?

Would you please add my name to your ever growing list of requests for the European brochure. Thanks!

Dont know what is going on, but I asked for a brochure recently and was sent a combined worldwide/Europe one.  Are there later brochures or have I received the latest - the brochures seem to be issued throughout the year, and one never knows if there is later information.

Just a suggestion, but you can always download the brochures which is really easy to do, that way you are reducing your carbon footprint and helping to save the planet just a little bit... You can then print out the parts you want.

Hi Vickie,

My new JY and Travelsphere brochures have finally arrived.  They were posted in a very flimsy paper envelope (yes I know you're trying to reduce the use of plastic), which ripped apart completely in transit.  So the Irish Post Office had no other option than to hold the ripped envelope together by an elastic band and place it in a plastic bag.  I think this is what you call an own goal.

On another note, a couple of days ago I posted asking when Sylvia J's review of her Christmas trip to Bucharest will appear and mentioned a few other things I'm not happy with.  When will this post and Sylvia's review appear?

That's a good suggestion but I like to sit and read through a brochure, particularly on a winter evening, sometimes I'm inspired by a place I hadn't really considered.

Unfortunately my eyesight isn't good enough to read the whole brochure online.

Personally because my reading eyesight is poor I prefer the downloaded version. I can enlarge it on screen to a size I can read comfortably.

Hi Bob

I am pleased that your brochures have arrived, sorry that the envelope was damaged. Sometimes there a few hurdles in the way as we try to make a difference. We will continue to strive to be as environmentally friendly as we possibly can and we have a number of exciting initiatives lined up.
