Although I am a JY fan , I am a little disheartened at the moment.
I sent a letter approximately 26th November, snail mail, via Matt regarding Burma, asking if he could please pass it on to the appropriate member of staff in Customer Services.
I had just returned from this trip and was still on a high which was reflected in the letter which was rather long, for which I now apologize.
Unfortunately I have had no acknowledgment of receipt of this letter. So am thinking JY says it listens to it's customers, but obviously not all the time...
Perhaps you would be kind enough to check whether my letter did actually arrive, please?
(My holiday feedback form arrived here after I had sent my letter, and after sending that back I received an acknowledgement of that).
