I received an email recently inviting me to take part in a focus group.  I filled in my details and then heard nothing. Date has been and gone.

I received two letters thanking me for completing the questionnaire on my return from Picturesque Portugal.  The later letter suggested I might like to consider Discover Sicily as my next adventure.  Alas, if the person writing the  letter had checked, they would have seen that I've already been to Sicily! 

On 30 April, I spoke to JY about an upgrade for my Galapagos holiday.  To date, I have yet to receive a quote and I know others travelling on the holiday with me have had theirs.

So Vickie, could you please let someone at JY HQ know that they need to get their acts together....!

Apologies for this. I've spoken to the team and can advise:

Our focus group email states that only people who were selected to take part in the focus group would be contacted, so apologies that you wern't asked to take part this time and thank you for your interest.

Our letters our sent out automatically, based on whether customers meet certain criteria, such as where you've travelled in the past, so we can suggest holidays we think you might be interested in. In this case there was a glitch in the system, because our tour code for Sicily has changed so you were accidentally sent the email. This shouldn't happen again.

I believe your upgrade has been sorted with our Sales team so hopefully that's fine now?
