Hi there,

Just wanted to ask as to how many people are on 11th Sept and 25th September tours, the gender split, the age groups and who the tour manager is on both dates please?

Many thanks,

Nina

Hi Nina,

Sure, no problem. The details are:

Sept 11 - 12 people booked, 5 men and 7 women. Their ages range from early forties to late seventies. The tour manager hasn't been allocated yet.

Sept 25 - 7 people booked, all women. Their ages range from mid-fifties to early seventies. The tour manager hasn't been allocated yet.

Thanks,

Vickie

Hi Vickie,

Thank you for that info. I also wanted to ask - with this holiday being half board, are you or is anyone else able to tell me what kind of meals are provided at lunch and dinner? I only eat chicken and fish, and very much have a vegetarian diet, so just want to be sure there's various meal options available for someone as picky as me  ha. Also, how much money do you recommend I will need for meals etc on this tour?  😃

Many thanks,

Nina

Hi Nina,

The meals are a mix of buffet and set course meals. South Africa tends to be very suitable for vegetarians so there should be plenty of options. We'll add a note to your booking just so the hotels are prepared.

Meals in a normal standard of restaurant tend to cost the equivalent of £7 to £10 so I'd budget for that.

Thanks,

Vickie

If you have not already done so I would suggest you ring up and get the office to amend your booking as a vegetarian etc, as meals on the plane might not be to your liking ...and these will need to be ordered in for you.

I have travelled the world with JY as a vegetarian and I have had some strange meals along the way, only 2 meals one in USA and one in NZ where a set meal was provided did I have NOTHING to eat due to the fact every one had the same meal, and they did NOT cater for us strange eaters...but I did survived.

Hi Nina,

Just to check, have you made a booking yet? If yes, I can ask the team to add a note to it regarding meals, but if not please ask them to put it on your booking when you make one.

Thanks,

Vickie

Hi Nina

I have done this Tour and can assure you that there will be plenty of vegetarian choices. I am vegetarian and did not go hungry on this tour. You also eat chicken and fish so will have no problem at all.

Regards

Jaya
