I posted some queries a few days ago but my post has not appeared

I want to know if I can expect to find a JY rep at Heathrow when I check in for my forthcoming trip to Borneo? And am I right in thinking The group can meet in a lounge before departure?

There doesn't seem to be any information about where and how we meet and I would like to meet people at the airport as that is where the holiday begins.

Please can you provide me with some information on this.
