On a different note.....any help please on the electricity plug situation. Lonely Planet say it is 230V/50Hz other places say get a Universal adapter with surge protection type C,D,F & G, same as UK, I am a bit confused now. Please would anyone be able to clarify for me. Thank You 🙂

Daisy, I'm also confused so have packed a selection so welcome to use mine. Jools

I'm just back from Burma. I just used my usual adaptors i.e. for US, Europe. Sometimes I was able to use GB style sockets. Don't worry.
