Yesterday I spoke to Customer Services to check as to when I would receive the final documentation for this trip and was informed that it would be sent out yesterday by email.
No sign of it today so have just re-chased only to be told that there are currently delays in processing this and I should receive it within the next few days.
As Just You are now sending the final documentation to people via email (unless otherwise requested) can I ask that they also be proactive in using that email address to advise of any delays occurring in advance of us having to chase?
