Hi

Yesterday I spoke to Customer Services to check as to when I would receive the final documentation for this trip and was informed that it would be sent out yesterday by email.

No sign of it today so have just re-chased only to be told that there are currently delays in processing this and I should receive it within the next few days.

As Just You are now sending the final documentation to people via email (unless otherwise requested) can I ask that they also be proactive in using that email address to advise of any delays occurring in advance of us having to chase?

I can confirm that the final documentation has now arrived by email.  Just waiting on luggage labels and visa which I understand is via post.  I would still like to see JY being more proactive at keeping people updated via email when delays of this nature occur.  

I cannot see anything on the documentation relating to a lounge at Gatwick which I had assumed would have been the meeting point for fellow travellers while waiting to board.  Is this not available to us?

The wallet, luggage labels, lounge pass and visa confirmation were sent by 1st class post. You should be receiving this very soon.

Hi Mildred

Pleased to say that the luggage labels have arrived along with visa and lounge pass so my mind is now at rest. 

Am disappointed to see that we are staying in the Hotel Vedado and not the Hotel Sevilla when in Havana.  It looks way down the pecking order for Havana on TripAdvisor!  Have JY guests stayed there previously?

Very pleased to see we are in the Nacional for our final night.

Good Afternoon,

No we have not used this hotel before for Just You. However, we rely on our agent to provide suitable hotels and the group are going to be accompanied by a Tour Manager who has done this tour many times so knows the hotel and areas well and if there are any problems she will report them to us immediately.
