having received the new brochure I have noticed and only because I am on that departure that in the flight guide brochure it gives the first departure to Costa Rica & Nicaragua in 2017 as Nov 8th when it should read March 8th,  I know there is little you can do about that now but just thought i'd bring it to your attention

also could you please clarify this visa business at £29 when I believe that only an Esta is required which costs I believe $14

Thank you for pointing this out- we really appreciate it. This mistake will be rectified in the next brochure.

In regards to the visa situation, the price is £29 because we charge an admin fee for the customers who we obtain visas for.

Some travellers prefer to obtain their own visa which is why the price is £29 on the price guide.
