I received my documentation by email this morning.  I have to say, I am very disappointed with the standard of the communication received.  The whole document is disjointed.  Much of the information given for Heathrow airport is unnecessary. The wrong baggage allowance is quoted on page one, I  found the correct weight after wading through a page of information  lifted from the BA website. Someone has clearly gone into overdrive with cut and paste.

Also details of my pre-booked excursion package are incomplete, part of the  page relating to the excursion to 

Regensburg is missing.

Finally, the list of countries to be visited includes Slovakia.  No previous mention has been made of this, and none of the excursions appear to go there.  Switzerland, we fly home from Basle, is not included, so possibly Slovakia has been entered instead of Switzerland. 

Moderator, could you please sort this out, and pass on my comments to whoever is responsible for emailing documents.

First of all please accept our apologies for sending you such a bad set of information.

We are experiencing some issues with our internal software which are affecting the right information to be pulled through to the final documents.

All relevant departments have been informed and are investigating the issue and hopefully got some fixes in place.

As soon as we'll be given the all ok, will send you another set of documents.

Thank you. Im  guessing  it doesn't  moor  there as no excursions seem to be offered in Slovakia.  I'm still wating for the updated documents, and the missing excursion details. Could you speed them along please.

No it doesn't moor in Slovakia, it just sails through.

My colleagues in the Customer Care team will send out your final documents by post today.

These have been manually amended to reflect the right information as some of the 'broken' links we are experiencing in our system are taking longer than expected to be repaired.

We are reverting to posting documents in this case while our Technical Team is looking to fix the issues.

We don't normally experience these many discrepancies on one tour and many people prefer receiving their documents via email anyway.
